Health & Physical Education

Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Hence, we value our bodies as the temples we occupy while on earth. In Health and Physical Education, we learn how our bodies function and what we need to do to keep them functioning well.  God made us whole, integrated beings, body and soul. A body kept fit enables the whole person to serve God and our neighbour.
